File Removal (contact us using this link here): although we will do our best to maintain your files, we reserve the right to remove any files uploaded at any given point in time.
No hackers allowed. Attempting to abuse this service through DDOS or other hacking methods will result in your prosecution to the maximum extent of the law.
You may use the Services only if you agree to form a binding contract with PrivateFileShare.com and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
